1. Service Agreement

By using Fergus Elora Taxi services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a booking.

Cancellation windows, cancellation fees, no-show terms, and how refunds are issued for pre-booked trips paid in advance are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards drivers and other passengers. Damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

4. Liability

Fergus Elora Taxi is not liable for lost items left in vehicles, although we will make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost property.
